Whoa Busy

Haven't had time to post the rest of the Kinetic sculpture race photos, but I'll post this one from fern canyon for now. Been crazy busy making maps for work, working web design stuff, and finishing up a CAD class at College of the Redwoods. I'll have an interactive map posted online soon for the Marine Information System website I'm developing. Should be nice.

Above is just a taste of what went down yesterday at Kinetic Sculpture Race. Mostly brake checks and a ride out to Manila. Today they launch into the water and head towards ferndale. Yup I'll be there live in action to take some more shots. Will update later tonight.

Snowy Egret

Took this shot of a Snowy Egret a couple mornings ago at the marsh. I dont see these egrets too often compared to the great egrets which are usually seen by the dozens.

ASPRS Conference

Me posing at the ASPRS Conference in Portland. Had a great time, but definitely mentally exhausted by the end of each day. Didn't have much time to get out and see Portland a whole lot. Had a good meeting with BARK about a project we may be doing with them. Here's a link to a few other photos from conference. Didn't take as many as I should have. Now it's time to catch up in my classes.
